Golden Butterfly Wood Urn

Butterflies have long stood for transformation, hope and a spirit set free. The Golden Butterfly Wood Urn places a gold-tone butterfly at the center of a warm, light wood urn, making it a gentle and uplifting tribute.

It is a popular choice for mothers, grandmothers and anyone who loved gardens and nature. The upright shape and soft grain keep the design graceful without feeling heavy.

Engraving can be added for a name, dates or a few loving words.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if this urn is the right size?

Funeral directors typically recommend about one cubic inch per pound of body weight before cremation. At 220 cubic inches, this urn works for most adults up to around 220 pounds.

Is this urn suitable for burial?

It can be buried, and many families do. Cemeteries often require an urn vault for in-ground burial, so it is worth checking their requirements ahead of time.

How do I keep the finish looking new?

Wipe it with a soft, lint-free cloth now and then. Keeping it out of direct sun and away from moisture helps the wood stay beautiful for years.

Can I get this urn in time for a service?

Yes, we move quickly. Weekday orders placed by 1:00 PM CST ship the same business day, and engraved orders ship the same day when the proof is approved by 1:00 PM CST. After the cutoff, orders ship the next business day. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
